Objectives
To provide the advanced knowledge required for clinical applications of suturing. Hands-on training sessions to learn or improve performance of basic and advanced technical tasks in laparoscopic surgery such as intra-corporeal suturing and knots tying techniques, two-hands co-ordination for knotting, safe use of knots in laparoscopy and performing of difficult stitches will be the core of this course along with theoretical lessons given by expert tutors. This course prepares those wishing to obtain the GESEA diploma.
